About Orangeville Foodbank

Orangeville Food Bank supports Orangeville and area residents in need of emergency food assistance. We support 850+ people a month, which is a 30% increase over 2021. Inflation and rising food costs have forced more people to reach out for help for the first time.

We see firsthand the challenges of living without enough food. Individuals having to choose between the hard costs of rent and utilities or buying food. Our goal is to provide a dignified experience to those in need, including access to fresh and perishable foods in a caring environment.

As an organization that receives no annual provincial or federal funding we are largely community funded. Funds raised will support the operations of the Food Bank including fresh food purchases, gardening programs, senior's fresh food markets, fresh food packages for children and our Community Food Share program.

We invite you to join us for Coldest Night of the Year, raising funds for a Well-Nourished Community
