Join us February 23rd in the Coldest Night of the Year, a family-friendly fundraising event to engage our passionate supporters in raising funds for our daily operations. Join in the fun February 23rd and reach out to your circle of influence to make a difference in the lives of the most vulnerable youth in our community.
Mission Youth House is a collaborative** initiative to provide a place for youth to eat, shower, do laundry, access medical and other services and receive help from caring adults. Mission Youth House (MY House) is a warm and friendly environment for our community’s most vulnerable youth to find refuge. MY House is run by a cooperative of different organizations and volunteers and is a true collaboration of caring and generosity.
**A charitable program existing in collaboration with 16+ local a/o regional organizations. Greater Vancouver Youth Unlimited is coordinating this fundraising event.
Between 6:00 and 8:00 pm a warm, light meal will be served to all walkers and volunteers.
Registration opens at 4:00 pm
All walkers must check-in at registration upon arrival

All cash and cheques payable to "Coldest Night of the Year"
Pledge Sheet with all donor data filled out completely and neatly or post all pledges of cash and cheques online in your personal fundraising page and print off the My Results Form and bring with cash or cheques.
Waiver Form for those 17 and under with parent/guardian signature
For those who chose to pay the non-refundable registration fee, the early bird cost of $25 applies until Sunday, February 17th. After that, the fee will be $40.

Rest stops will be available on all routes.
All routes will be well signed.
Route marshalls, rest stop attendants, and sweep vehicle drivers will be available for support along the route.
All riders 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Come prepared while keeping an eye on the expected weather.
