About Huron Homelessness Initiative

Walk to support the Huron Homelessness Initiative in Goderich; including programs such as shelter for women, children and youth, emergency shelter during the cold months, transitional housing for men and housing support.

Homelessness isn’t just about sleeping on the streets. It affects almost every aspect of life including family well-being, employment and physical and mental health. Eighty per cent of homelessness is hidden or unreported.
