Urban Hope (a program of The Cambridge Vineyard Christian Fellowship) provides food, clothing and friendship through moral and peer support, life skills mentoring, showers, haircuts and laundry facilities for free. We serve approximately 150-200 poor and homeless from Cambridge. As the cold weather approaches we anticipate our numbers rising and we are looking for your support.
It is our dream to be able to provide daily services and help the poor by connecting them with the right resources. We want to empower them to take an active role in the dreams God has for their lives. Our goal is not just to feed the poor but to see their lives transformed so they can become healthy individuals that integrate into our local community.
We believe it takes a community to invest in the lives of the poorest in our city. Would you consider partnering with us? Walk with us on February 24th.
Between 6:00 and 8:00 pm a warm, light meal will be served to all walkers and volunteers.
