About Edmonton Chinese Alliance Church
Edmonton Chinese Alliance Church was established in the Fall of 1969. The late Reverend Peter Poon came from Hong Kong to serve as the church’s founding pastor. Since 1970, the church has become a local church of the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Canada. The church is currently located in the Hamptons area in west Edmonton. On a typical Sunday morning, the church has five different worship services: children, youth, English-speaking, Cantonese-speaking, and Mandarin-speaking. With God’s blessing, the church desires to serve the neighbouring communities and the city of Edmonton for the glory of God.
