It's cold out there. The Coldest Night of the Year is a family-friendly walk that raises money for charities serving hungry, homeless, and hurting people in our community. Walk with us on February 22, 2020!
Capital City Mission exists to meet the needs of the unemployed and street involved in Ottawa’s Lowertown, by demonstrating God’s love. The Drop-In is a first point of contact for many searching for health care, addiction services, mental health support, and housing options.
Many of our friends struggle with mental health issues and addictions resulting in isolation from the broader community. Our purpose is to provide a safe, quiet, and respectful space that fosters friendships and community. Together we make a home.
Walk with us this February!
Jericho Road provides addiction recovery and mental health support through housing and programs that include:
- a residential addiction treatment program for men
- 2nd stage housing for men
- weekly support meetings such as the Jericho Coffeehouse meeting that reaches out to the poor, homeless and marginalized in Ottawa
Our key words are Home, Community, Health and Purpose
Jericho Road Ministries brings God's love and hope to lives broken by poverty, addiction and mental illness.
We're working on finalizing our Start location - check back soon!
Between 6:00 and 8:00 pm a warm, light meal will be served to all walkers and volunteers.
