About Neighbour 2 Neighbour

Walk with us February 22nd in support of Neighbour to Neighbour.

At N2N, we understand and care about the many challenges that face families in our community today. Everyday we work towards accomplishing our mission which is: to to lead our community to an improved quality of life.

Our practical programs and services address many of these challenges here at the centre, and at many different locations on Hamilton Mountain.

We educate, we counsel, we refer, we feed, we support, we care.

We have a great support team to get this work accomplished along with our 700+ volunteers, whom we couldn't do our work without.
