The Coldest Night of the Year is a winterrific family-friendly walk to raise money for local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness. Join us on February 25, 2023 - team up, fundraise, walk, and gather for good... because it’s cold out there.
Take a walk with us around downtown Bridgewater to help raise funds and awareness for men, women and children struggling with food and housing insecurity. We anticipate 100 Souls Harbour friends to take our South Shore neighbourhood by storm! This will be the walk to remember.
Money raised will be used in our programs and services:
===> 40 meals served daily in Bridgewater
===> New Freemart giveaway room
After a long, long wait, we are thrilled to be participating in the Coldest Night of the Year again. Covid may slowed us down, but we have the victory, and we are back, baby!
But we also recognize, that there are some who are high risk, and not yet comfortable walking outside in groups yet. To that end, we would love to have you participate virtually. Create a team, raise funds, and walk on your own or with your bubble. Connect with Melanie at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will make sure you feel like a part of the team through our social media campaigns.
Those not able to join a team are encouraged to make a donation to our Bridgewater Home Team, Souls Harbour Heroes, lead by Captain John Christensen!
